The students of the 2023 Batch at Palar Agricultural College, along with faculty members, actively participated in the sowing of Greengram (Variety: CO 9) as part of their course AGR 303 – Practical Crop Production II (Rabi Crops) (0+2).
This practical session was conducted to provide hands-on training in crop production techniques, enabling students to gain real-time field experience in sowing practices, crop establishment, and management. Under the guidance of experienced faculty, students enhanced their understanding of agronomic principles and developed essential skills required for effective crop cultivation.
Such experiential learning activities play a vital role in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, preparing students to meet the challenges of modern and sustainable agriculture.
