Functions:
Formulating and implementing policies, procedures and guidelines for quality assurance and enhancement across the institution
Conducting internal audits, reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans for remedial measures.

Organizing workshops, seminars and training programs on quality assurance, assessment methodologies and institutional effectiveness for faculty, staff and students.
Establishing feedback mechanisms, including student and stakeholder surveys, to gather input on various aspects of college functioning and performance.
Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of quality enhancement initiatives and documenting best practices for dissemination.
Coordinating with academic departments, administrative units, and support services to ensure alignment with institutional goals and quality standards.
Preparing and submitting annual quality assurance reports to regulatory bodies and accreditation agencies, highlighting achievements, challenges and future plans.
Engaging in benchmarking exercises and peer reviews to benchmark performance against national and international standards.
