Dryland Section

  • The college dedicates a portion of its land to the Dryland Section, where rainfed crops are cultivated.
  • Rainfed crops including groundnut, red gram, cowpea, and ragi are meticulously cultivated across an area spanning 10 acres during the rainy season.
  • Additionally, irrigated crops such as Black gram, Green gram, Maize, Chilli, Brinjal, Bhendi etc. are cultivated
  • This division allows for the cultivation of a diverse range of crops under varying conditions, enhancing agricultural learning opportunities for students and promoting sustainable farming practices.
