Examination Cell

  • As an integral part of the academic machinery, the Examination Cell plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth conduct of examinations, maintaining transparency and upholding the standards of academic integrity within the institution.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Examinations: The Examination Cell is responsible for the timely scheduling and organization of all examinations, including end-semester, mid-semester and supplementary examinations.
  • Procuring question papers and Answer sheets: cell oversees the process of Procuring question papers and Answer sheets from TNAU in time for smooth conduct of the exams
  • Hall Ticket distribution: Facilitating the issuance of hall tickets to eligible candidates, ensuring accurate information and adherence to examination guidelines.
  • Examination Center Arrangements: Coordinating with various departments to arrange suitable examination venues equipped with necessary facilities and maintaining a conducive environment for examinations.
  • Examination Monitoring: Ensuring strict adherence to examination rules and regulations during the conduct of examinations, including the prevention of malpractices and unauthorized activities.
  • Result Processing: Overseeing the timely processing and declaration of examination results, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality throughout the process.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintaining comprehensive records related to examinations, including attendance sheets, question papers, answer scripts and result data, in compliance with TNAU guidelines.
