Responsibilities:
Conducting Examinations: The Examination Cell is responsible for the timely scheduling and organization of all examinations, including end-semester, mid-semester and supplementary examinations.
Procuring question papers and Answer sheets: cell oversees the process of Procuring question papers and Answer sheets from TNAU in time for smooth conduct of the exams
Hall Ticket distribution: Facilitating the issuance of hall tickets to eligible candidates, ensuring accurate information and adherence to examination guidelines.
Examination Center Arrangements: Coordinating with various departments to arrange suitable examination venues equipped with necessary facilities and maintaining a conducive environment for examinations.
Examination Monitoring: Ensuring strict adherence to examination rules and regulations during the conduct of examinations, including the prevention of malpractices and unauthorized activities.
Result Processing: Overseeing the timely processing and declaration of examination results, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality throughout the process.
Record Maintenance: Maintaining comprehensive records related to examinations, including attendance sheets, question papers, answer scripts and result data, in compliance with TNAU guidelines.
