Palar Agricultural College successfully organized a campus placement drive in collaboration with FarmFert Advance Tech Private Limited on 23rd July 2025 for the benefit of its final-year students. This initiative aimed to provide students with promising career opportunities in the agri-business sector.
A total of 15 final-year students participated in the recruitment process. The interview panel from FarmFert evaluated candidates through a systematic selection process, assessing their technical knowledge, communication skills, and aptitude for field-based roles in the agri-retail sector.
Following the interview rounds, 7 students were successfully selected for various job roles, including Junior Sales Officer and Field Supervisor positions. The selected students were issued appointment orders on the spot, marking a proud moment for both the students and the institution.
This recruitment drive reflects the college’s ongoing efforts to bridge academic learning with industry requirements.
