PRA Techniques, Pallalakupppam
As a part of course curriculum I B.Sc. (Hons.) Agri. Students undertaken the exposure visit undergo the course of AEX 102 Fundamentals of Agricultural Extension and Education (2+1) during II Semester on 03-06-2022. Students visited Pallalakuppam village and conducted the PRA Techniques with help of village people such as Social Mapping, Resource Mapping and Problem Tree and also conducted interview schedule. As outcome of PRA techniques students learned what are the source and resource available in the village, what are problems faced by the village people.
2. Exposure visit State Department of Agriculture, Madhanur
As a part of course curriculum I B.Sc. (Hons.) Agri. Students undertaken the exposure visit undergo the course of AEX 102 Fundamentals of Agricultural Extension and Education (2+1) during II Semester on 20-10-2022. Students visited the Assistant Director of Agriculture (ADA) Madhanur, State Department of Agriculture and learn about the Organization structure, functions, duties and responsibilities of extension personnel, ATMA schemes implemented and extension activities conducted etc.This visit was coordinated by Ms. S. Vaitheeswari (AP – Agrl. Extension).

IV B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture students went AEX 402 All India Study Tour (0+1) from 04.03.2023 to 21.03.2023 and 113 students was participated. The Students were coordinated by Ms. S.VAITHEESWARI, Assistant Professor (Agricultural Extension) which support of 3 teaching faculty and 1 non teaching faculty. The students learned about Organization setup, Objective, Function, Mission, Vision, Mandate, Training programme, Latest technologies, Research Extension activities, the soil, climatic conditions and cropping patterns in the respective institutes.
