Final B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture students of the 2020 Batch of Palar Agricultural College went on the AEX 402 – All India Study Tour (0+1) from March 25, 2024, to April 14, 2024, with 99 students participating. The students were coordinated by Dr. A. Vennila Mary, Assistant Professor (Agricultural Extension) along with Mrs. J.M. Rajalakshmi, Assistant Professor (PBG), Dr. A. Mahadevan, Associate Professor (HOR), Mr. C. Anbarasu, Assistant Professor (SS & AC) and Dr. K. Arulmani, Assistant Professor (AEC). During the tour, students learned about the organization’s setup, objectives, functions, mission, vision, mandates, training programs, latest technologies and research extension activities. They also gained insights into the soil, climatic conditions and cropping patterns in the respective institutes visited.
